Ivan J. Rodriguez, Esq.
Mr. Rodriguez is a 1996 graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. He worked as an investigator with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services for two years prior to attending law school.
Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the Hofstra University School of Law in 2001.
During law school, he served as a student editor of the Hofstra University Family Court Review. After law school, he worked at a mid-sized personal injury firm and joined this firm in 2003.
Mr. Rodriguez has handled a wide variety of cases including automobile accidents, construction accidents, trip/slip and falls, dog bites, and negligent security cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases, handled multiple appeals, and successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York. Mr. Rodriguez also litigates matrimonial and family law cases including divorces, child support, child custody, and spousal support.
Mr. Ivan J. Rodriguez is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Although Mr. Rodriguez was born in New York, he is fluent in Spanish.
