A client seated in a parked vehicle was struck by a truck whose driver fled the scene. The client sustained head, neck, and back injuries, facial lacerations, bruising, and the loss of two teeth. The client had a documented history of prior accidents affecting the same body parts, which could have significantly limited recovery. Despite these challenges and the absence of the at-fault driver, we were able to demonstrate the new and aggravating nature of the injuries. The case was successfully resolved during discovery for $750,000.00.
