Laura Rosenberg

Laura Rosenberg

is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey since 2001. Her primary areas of expertise are personal injury and family law.

She graduated from the University of San Diego in 1997 with a major in Political Science.

She worked as a paralegal in several law firms throughout her College and Law School education where she gained an invaluable insight into the daily problems of the injured victims.

Ms. Rosenberg graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000, where she was a member of Cardozo's Journal of Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Laura Rosenberg is a member of the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts.

Ivan Rodriguez

Ivan J. Rodriguez

is a 1996 graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. For two years after college, Mr. Rodriguez worked as an investigator with the New York City Administration for Children's Services before attending law school.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the Hofstra University School of Law in 2001.

During law school he served as a student editor of the Hofstra University Family Court Review. After law school he worked at a mid-sized personal injury firm and joined this firm in 2003.

Mr. Rodriguez has handled a wide variety of cases including automobile accidents, construction accidents, trip/slip and falls, dog bites and negligent security cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases and has handled multiple appeals and has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York. Mr. Rodriguez also litigates matrimonial and family law cases including divorces, child support, child custody, and spousal support cases.

Mr. Ivan J. Rodriguez is a member of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Although Mr. Rodriguez was born in New York, he is fluent in Spanish.

Rachel S Silberstein

Rachel S. Silberstein

has been exclusively practicing New York Matrimonial and Family Law since she graduated Pace University School of Law, cum laude, in 2005.

While in law school, she participated in several Family Court internships including New York Legal Assistance Group's Domestic Violence Clinical Program and Yonkers Family Court Legal Program.

As a member of the Pace Law Review, she wrote an article on applying Battered Woman's Syndrome to victims of domestic violence in same-sex relationships.

Ms. Silberstein graduated law school in the top ten percent of her class and accepted a position at a prominent Long Island Family Law firm.

Ms. Silberstein joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC as an of counsel in 2015 where she is involved in a variety of Family Law cases, including divorces, custody/visitation matters, separation and prenuptial agreements, enforcement and modification proceedings. While she is an experienced, skilled and creative negotiator, she is also an aggressive litigator and will bring your matter to trial without hesitation.

Ms. Silberstein is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of New York State Bar Association and its Family Law Section. She practices in the five Boroughs, and Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.

Anna Nechayev

Anna Nechayev

is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in the States of New York and New Jersey. In 2004, she graduated from Baruch College, with a Bachelor in Business Administration, majoring in Management.

Mrs. Nechayev obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008.

Throughout college she worked in a large medical facility which treated patients injured in car accidents, construction accidents, and trip and fall accidents. That experience gave her an insight into all aspects of personal injury claims, including treatment and billing practices.

After graduation from Law School, she interned at the Mayor's Office of Contract Services, after which she practiced as an Associate for three years in a personal injury firm. Mrs. Nechayev joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez in 2012, where she practices in Personal Injury Law.

Mrs. Nechayev also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in New York Housing Court. Mrs. Anna Nechayev lives in Brooklyn, is a mother of four, and is fluent in Russian.
